Her website is excellent for debunking myths (particularly the demonizing of perfectly safe and effective ingredients) and promoting rational and factual information about ingredients that may indeed cause harm or irritation.

That said, each of us reacts differently to ingredients and products, so her site, for me, is one component among several.
