Just got my new sharp rotation lift away that was a tsv, i have questions.

I want to get the caddy do they sell it on qvc? I noticed I do not have a bag for the attachments, does it not come with one? When doing stairs is there any way to put more power in the wane?

I thought the TSV came with the caddy. I purchased the Shark Professional Lift Away back in February from the Q and I love it. It came with the caddy. Item V32283. Is this the one you purchased?

I saw the caddy available as an optional accessory on the Shark website. The TSV model didn't include it.

I hate my Shark liftaway vacuum. HATE IT. That sucker is not balanced very well...very tipsy. IT's loud when it's on the carpet (vs the floor). I researched and researched before buying a new vacuum and Shark gets really good ratings...but boy oh boy...I hate it.
