I picked at some skin on my nose, long story short, its now raw and bright red and I could take on a role as Rudolph. I need it to be healed as quickly as possible because of things I have planned for Friday.
So, I am just looking for opinions. Should I keep it covered with a band-aid or let it breathe? Also, should I apply Aloe Vera or Neosporin to it or just leave it alone?
Im just looking for opinions on how to heal it as fast as possible. Thanks so much.

I would put neosporin on it first... and just leave it alone.

I vote for Neosporin, and leave it open to the air.

Vaseline lets your own skin do the healing and doesn't leave a skin scar.

maybe a dab of raw, organic honey too! i sliced off the tip of my pinky finger with a potato peeler about a month ago. after the bleeding finally stopped, i applied some honey and wrapped it well. within 2 days it was healing well. can't hurt

Campophenique speeds healing. I use it for everything.

Tea Tree Oil and Rose Hip Oil. I have a cat scratch on my stomach and after 2 days it has already gotten better. I put some Neosporin on Saturday evening. Before bed I put on Tea Tree and Rose Hip, Sunday the puffiness and redness was gone. I applied the two oils twice yesterday and it is almost gone today.
