I did my night time treatments and then went to watch a movie. It was "A Winters Tale" and it had me crying several times. My question is, do I wash my face and start over, throw some oil on and call it a night or do nothing?

It will be fine to not do anything. If your face feels a little dry from wiping the tears then you could put on a little more moisturizer.

Maybe dab the area with a damp cloth and throw some more oil on?

I usually just throw some oil or moisturizer on if I feel dry.

Oh I'm definitely a crier. My 11 year old son always ask me if I'm ok when I cry during a movie. Poor thing can't stand to see me cry.

Lucky you. My cat kept nudging his face against mine. So not only did I have tears and salt but I had cat hair too, lol.

Years ago there was a Hallmark commercial for mothers day. It was a husband who came home, the wife looked down. He hands her a card and it's a mothers day card. He then smiles and tells her the agency called and they had a baby ready for adoption. OMG I was waiting for my child from Korea and we still hadn't had our assignment yet. I cried so hard every time I saw that commercial. We got our assigned child (my son) information in that September.
