OT...I can't recommend this ENOUGH!!

I have been lucky enough to discover the wonders of Arnica! I have been using it for years for almost every bruise and painful injury.Someone posted they had a bruised tailbone...ARNICA baby! You can get it in oral and pill form...it's homeopathic so if you follow the directions there are no side effects.I use both for the worst bruises.

Cody, I'm with you! Arnica is a staple at my house.

The other week I either got a spider bite or I was roughhousing w/ my granddaughter! Somehow I had gotten a big red welt on my arm. One week of applying arnica and it is completely gone!

For any bone fracture, I would recommend comfrey. No personal experience, but it is known for bone healing.

I've been an arnica advocate since my college days. The stuff is miraculous. Funny thing, if you watch any old western movies (especially John Wayne) you'll frequently hear them tell someone to get the arnica after they've been in a fight!

I understand abou Arnica, which is something I've never heard of before. But what is Comfrey? Where is sit found? They both sound very interesting. Thanks.
