I love the shampoo. It has a nice lemon scent and does not leave my fine hair too soft The cons is the price. If you have coarse hair it might not leave hair silky enough and difficult to comb out.

I have never tried the conditioner as my hair is short and limp enough. Sorry that I cannot answer your question.
