SPF for acne prone, sensitive skin that won't burn or make me break out?

Elta MD Physical Broad Spectrum SPF 41. I would recommend it because it is a completely physical, not chemical SPF. I have mild rosacea, and find that chemical spf causes flare-ups. HTH!

And more specific to your question - this product is water resistant, fragrance free, oil free, paraben free and noncomedogenic.

The SPF 41 is only available in tinted. Elta makes other SPF products, but the 41 is the only one I know for sure is completely physical. I wouldn't be scared off by the tint, though. I am extremely fair (when not self-tanning), and it doesn't give me a funny color at all. It blends into my natural skin tone quite nicely.

No the Elta MD Pure SPF 47 Broad Spectrum is physical sunscreen only and NO tint. It is a really nice one, very lightweight, not thick like many SPF are.

HD - I originally thought the same thing about the 47, however, I was corrected on another thread by a poster who looked further into the ingredient deck. Apparently the chemical SPF is listed pretty far down, but it is still there.

Not there is not. The person who told you that is wrong. It is physical only. It is also for sensitive skin, including rosacea.
