Is there an eyeliner that stays put?

I am 61 years old and like most people my age, have somewhat droopy eyelids. Most of my eyeliner ends up in the crease of my lid. Is there an eyeliner that stays put? I would pay almost anything for one that would. Thank you!

I received three Marc Jacobs eyeliner pencils for Christmas this past year. They are pretty amazing and definitely stay put! I have oily lids and if I do not use an eyeliner with staying power it all winds up migrating to the crease of my eye lid (which is gross and aggravating). Check them out on Sephora's website. They are self sharpening too (twist up).

The two eyeliners which I feel are fabulous and don't move are:

Tarte's waterproof eyeliner in the round pot

and

IT Cosmetics eyeliner gel in the pot

I use both and love them.

I use Laura Mercier's cake eyeliner and love it. It stays put all day.

It cosmetics gel, waterproof eyeliner available on QVC. Very nice and stays all day even in hot weather.

I just bought an expensive Trish Mc Evoy and clearly that is NOT the answer. Works no better than a Revlon Colorstay, and I think I like the Revlon better.

I recently purchased Smashbox Always sharp eyeliner and it has stayed on. Before I purchased it I put it on my hand and walked around the store for awhile, rubbed on it. It didn't move. I had to go find a makeup remover to get it off. It has had the same performance on my eyes.
