Wrong SKINN TTV color

So disappointed. Got my Skinn makeup TTV today from ShopHQ.. I ordered light and they sent me medium. Of course its sold out now. I called them - they will try to send me out just the foundation but they couldn't guarantee it and the concealer is too dark for me too. I want the rest of the makeup so I'll keep it - but its very disappointing..

Did they offer at least a credit? I am sorry but either they would credit me for the foundation being the wrong color or send the correct color. Sorry this happened to you. I bet somewhere someone else waiting on their medium and got your light.

It's your lucky day. I have a brand new sealed light concealer if you are interested. Somewhere along the way I ended up with a double of this.
