Splurged on Chanel Today!!!!!!

I haven't bought any Chanel make-up in ages but I passed their counter in lord & Taylor's at my Mall and it just called out to me. The MA instantly became my new best friend and helped me pick out a creamy moisturizing lipstick in the perfect soft raspberry shade called Etole. It just perked up my fair skin without looking harsh and felt so good. Then I broke down and asked about something I've been curious about for a long time, Les Beiges! With the fluffiest softest brush in the world she applied color #20 and it gave me a subtle warm natural glow. Had to have it. I've spent $$$ on bronzers and they just don't work for me but in the winter I look ghostly pale. This did the trick. I felt so pampered and also got free samples, including a new mascara. When my husband asked how much I said don't ask!!!!!!

Good for you! I only buy the good stuff now and not much of it. If it works well, if I use it all up, and if I don't buy several others almost like it, I can pay a lot for a lipstick and save money over going to the drugstore and buying a bunch of them that I don't like! PLUS, they are lovely and you have the fun of shopping for it! Nothing bad about that!
