Its Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Matte Luxe Shadow Palette - Made in China

This is in regards to A238703 Its Cosmetics eyeshadow

I would love to have this palette as it is matte that can be converted to a shimmer.

The only problem is the price and the fact it is made in China. Someone questioned this fact by asking this question, but no one has answered her.

Does anyone know the quality control of these products which are very popular?
