I saw your post this morning hoping there would be replies by this evening.

I can't find anything online and I am thinking maybe this is a new product? It sounds like an improved version of the NoNo.

:)

Didn't see the presentation. Can anyone use it? Can it be used on facial hair? Is it permanent? Thanks.

I did catch a little of an earlier show and it is safe for the face. Out of curiosity, I did an online search and only see this product available from shophq. If I was serious about wanting to try one of these type products, I would give it a go. Shophq is allowing a 60 day return policy on it and the reviews for the no no on hsn are pretty bad. Plus this one is cheaper.

I watched the video that gets cut off. I did the same searching you did, but noticed when I put the name into the google search engine "Pearl" came up. Maybe it's under a different name by the mfg.

I also noticed the bad reviews for NoNo and couldn't believe the price either. They must get so many returned, why continue selling it:)

I just got this product Samba Hair removal system. It is like the NONO (which I also tried)

the differents between them is: Samba over heats very fast. It gets hot to the touch and the plug gets hot. The buffer has glue all over the pad making it unable to use. So I guess I will be returning this.

Thanks for your review. Sorry it didn't work for you. I am fine with shaving and find these things to much for me considering that I don't mind shaving. I hate when you have to send things back. I remember something I sent back a while ago to shophq. By the time they deducted all of there SHIPPING charges, I only got a 4 buck credit back:( Granted I ordered it on value pay and had only paid about 20. That is $14 to try something that didn't work for me. I have become very picky about what I order for this reason.

thanks for sharing, I hated seeing that the item overheats...that just seems unsafe
