Worst hair cut of my life! Overtexturized, thin and uneven.

Ugh. I need to vent. I have very thick hair with a weird wave and wearing it chin lenghth in a sort of bob style. Hairdresser I was going to was very good but used a razor to thin some areas and it gets fuzzy and just hard to manage.

I went back to a person who cut my hair years ago and she used texturizing scissors and went thru my hair, the entire head five times!!! Finally I said whoa, enough. My bangs are two inches in some areas and 4 or six in another and the sides are so thin I don't know what to do with them.

I know it is only hair but I was in tears both yesterday a.m. and today when trying to style it. To top it off, all my highlights were thinned out and now I think my hair is too damaged and thin to even consider highlights.

Did I read here that WEN will help it grow? Anyone here a hairdresser with suggestions on what to do such as grin and bear it or get a short haircut to have all the thin uneven ends cut off?
