I struggle with fine, thinning hair and am always on the lookout for a good styling product to add volume. Anyone with thinning hair have a favorite they would like to share? Thanks!

I bought some Living Proof Thickening Mousse recently - have really only used about about three times, but so far, so good. Some people have commented that to them it has too much of a chemical smell. That hasn't been a problem for me, and any scent goes away quickly anyhow. If you decide to try it, there are two listings on the Q...one for a single can and a duo that has a regular size can and a travel one. That's the one I bought, think it's actually cheaper than the single...Go figure.

Although I haven't tried the mousse yet, I really like the Bumble and Bumble thickening hair spray.

I would reco. Redken Guts 10, spray foam mousse. Work it thru your root's on damp hair, I find it excellent for volume.

I'm always looking for products to give body to my hair. Someone on the board posted about Aquage, a thickening spray gel. It works really well for me. I bought it from Amazon.

Is this product gummy or sticky on the hair after you blow dry? I have fine hair and most volumizing or thickening mousses make my hair sticky.

Thanks! Smile

Redken Guts adds volume and Aquage Thickening Spray gel will gives you extra thickenss. Aquage is sold at drugstore.com and Redken at ULTA.

I love all the Living Proof products, really works well. Especially, the hair spray. I have no problem with any smell.

I love Living Proof Full Thickening Mousse. Don't get the cream, it will be too heavy. QVC carries this brand as well as Sephora and Ulta. I've tried a lot on my fine hair and this is the best so I haven't strayed since it came out.
