Just opening my package after having received it some time ago and wondering if anyone has starting using theirs.

This is the light treatment device that was the TTV on ShopNBC.

Results?

Hi- I sadly had to return mine as it quit working the second day! I notice I am not alone with being disappointed in it... it only has 3 stars and a lot of people saying how poorly it is working for them.

I really like mine but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. The dvd is a joke.

mine went back day 2...it would only work when I had my index or another finger placed ON the metal band at the top of the machine...go figure....agree, the instructional DVD left alot to the imagination. That plus it said in the instructions to use it 20 minutes PER AREA vs 20 minutes total on the presentation. Just not well thought out all the way around.......

Also, the actual active area of light is much smaller in circumferance than LightStim

I guess I'm one of the few who loves the Zensation. I agree the directions are vague, but I think it's because there's not just one correct way to use it; and evidently, they had trouble articulating that. No matter how I use it (holding on one spot or moving it around), I get results. The 20 minutes that was mentioned is the maximum to use it for an area (for those people who want to use it longer than 3 minutes in a particular area); however, the vendor explained using it for a total of 20 minutes for the whole face (just like the other lights).

My forehead wrinkles and freckles as well as crows feet are significantly reduced. I've been using it almost everyday for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I use it for a total of 20 minutes and once in a while I do 2 - 20 minute sessions. Some days I just do my forehead or around my eyes.

I like it enough to purchase a second one if the price is lowered; so, I can cut the time in half. I also like the gel and it doesn't break me out the way a lot of products do, but I don't always use the gel. I alternate days between the red light and the orange.

Users seem to either love it or hate it. I think the lack of clarity in the directions may be one reason for those who don't like it, as well as some units being defective.

I had purchased and tried 2 other light therapy machines that I returned, but this one is a keeper for me.

Guess I'd better get busy using it to see if it does anything....I thought I was missing something on the DVD....and agree, it could have more clarity!

Glad someone is having results....I'm hopeful, but we'll see...

Thanks for responding.

I LOVE the way you think.
