Is there a nail polish base/top coat that doesn't chip?

Having a hard time finding a base and top coat that doesn't chip right away. Sally Hansen is horrible. Nothing I've tried from that brand has worked on me. Chips immediately even the "Anti-Chip" top coat. Any other brands that are good?
