Does anyone have a clue where I may get a refill on this product that HSN has apparently stopped carrying?? I've looked everywhere as it is the BEST jewelry cleaner ever and I am about depleted of the supply I stocked for years! Nothing comes close to this product for cleaning all types of jewelry. I came upon one of their forums and there was a post about calling an 800 # of her company directly. However, there is no 800# on the large bottle I'm rapidly using up and when I Google her company (that I know HSN bought), it leads me nowhere. Thanks a million!!

If it's not on eBay or Amazon, it doesn't exist and I couldn't find it on either. Have you tried Caribbean Jewelry Cleaner?

Oops! Did I roll my eyes out loud?

Yes, I have and it's OK. If all else fails, I'll have to resort to Caribbean. Thanks!

When I worked at Zales they used a mixture of water a little ammonia & a drop of dish soap. After taking it out of the cleaner we rinsed it off & dipped it in alcohol. You cannot use it on pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, tanzanite etc. Last edited on 3/17/2013

I have JM's and found it to be nothing more than water, still have most of it left. Carriebean went moldy on me. I have better luck with good old Connosieurs in the red jar from Walmart.
