Suggestions for skin care while going through Chemo

Along with several other ladies on the board I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer. My surgeon has decided to begin with chemo to shrink the tumor before doing a lumpectomy. I read so may horror stories about the effects of chemo I was wondering what I should do to prepare myself. I use good skin care products now but am afraid my pretty good skin might not hold up too well. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
