Lisa Robertson's Favorites?

Started 1357851631.677 in Beauty Banter | Last reply 1358015372.297 by straitgirl

I was watching Lisa Robertson not too long ago, and she mentioned her favorite neck cream and favorite eye cream. Do any of you remember which ones they were? I didn't see it listed on her "host picks." Thanks :)

I once remember her saying she used Philosophy eye cream, but that was years ago. The Hope in a Jar for Eyes one.

Are they "fabulous" just because LR uses them? I thought that she was a Dr. D fan?

I think she uses the eye cream by Fresh called Ancienne or something like that, but she intimated that 'you could use your eye serum under it' which is what I think she does. I know she uses Dr. D's Hydroshield serum, too, but I'm not sure where you put that?

Whatever neck cream she uses obviously doesn't work.

Probably uses whatever she is selling at the moment.

I do not believe that Lisa would ever say what she really uses. She may say she uses whatever she is presenting as a sales tactic, but I for one, don't think you will ever really know.

She probably gets a million tubes of beauty products for free every month by the vendors of the products she sells. I believe that she has at least tried everything that she says she uses

lisa always says, whatever she is selling, is her favorite. i think they all do that, so that they sell alot. she is quite phony, plays to the costumers, which i guess that is what they are suppped to do. i agree, iam sure they all get tons of products for free, from the venders. she considers herself to be the queen of qvc, i do not agree with that!!

She has mentioned several times she uses StriVectin. It was on her favorite list for the holidays. Hope this helps{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Yes, she did say Strivectin -- neck & eye.

They ALL use every product they are selling. Lisa loves Perricone, supposedly, some Philosophy i.e. eye cream) a few PtR products and Strivectin. But, I use a lot of lines too. Shawn uses Philosophy when she's selling it and Fresh, etc. when shes' selling it. IT's whatever they are pushing.

For the most part, I think she tends to stick with mostly BE makeup, though like most of us, she indicates she uses a variety of products. I've heard her say more than once that she uses Strivectin, Dr. Denese's hydroshield and the Ancienne creams. Otherwise, who knows, and if she's like most of us, she occasionally switches around anyway...

I know when Leslie Blodgett is on with the neck cream, Lisa says she uses that and she loves it. I could have sworn I heard her say that she uses the BE eye cream in the tube. I know she loves Dr. Denese's Hydroshield face serum.

I agree with all you said. I think what probably works for her and a lot of them selling lotions and potions, including some of the vendors, are procedures at a doctor's office, lol.

I think the hosts use creams that they get from their dermatologist and maybe supplement a little with the stuff they present.

Watch Lisa very carefully. Anytime she is promoting a product by the vendor she is selling, she always makes reference to the fact that she has used the product and likes it or she uses it all the time. She is a SELLER.

Lisa does use Dr Denese hydroshield serum. She has used it for years. She talks about it on her fb page. Also Dr denese has kit with Lisa favorites that lisa says she cannot live without. its named after her.

I take everything the hosts say with a "grain of salt". They will say almost anything to sell.

Lisa touts the Hydroshield serum and some StriVectin products a lot. I feel certain, Lisa is being honest about those. I have no opinion about the other products she promotes.

Make that the whole salt shaker!

Actually, I was thinking about this, and wondering in order to be ... at least!... honest w/ the vendor, if she (or they) don't actually use the things from the free samples they must get from the vendors in order to be able to describe it to us.

In any event, I don't use anything they all say they use!

Ditto. I'm not easily sold on "their picks".

The host favorites are what QVC wants to sell at the moment.
