Nothing wrong with black and brown. I won't wear black, but many do. If I'm buying a set, please give me something OTHER than a black or brown in the set. They seem to come with every darn set. Don't need any more. Get creative and give all different colors - just no more black and brown. I have enough I already don't use! Hyacinth

For everyday, I normally use a dark espresso brown, or a gunmetal/charcoal. I ~hate~ colored eyeliners....purple, gold, navy, green, teal etc. I used to use teal when I was younger but that find that now that I am older, it no longer looks good on me. So I typically will not buy an eyeliner set, if it has colors in it, other than shades of brown, charcoal or black. If I had to have one eyeliner for the rest of my life and only one, I would pick a dark brown/espresso color. That color seems to go with every shadow I have and it is most flattering on my eyes now. When humor goes, there goes civilization.

There is a brown in it but a nice brown and the other colors are plum, teal, navy and khaki, all very wearable, none are bright, all every day wearable colors, love them all.
