Are these the ones that look like a marker with a pointed brush tip? Maybe it's silly, but I'd be afraid of accidentally missing and going outside my lipline and then being stuck with a stupid mistake stain....lol I've used the Kissable Balms that are like an automatic crayon and like them.

Sorry ladies, I messed up the name. It's Revlon's "Just Bitten Kissable Lip Balm/Stain". I was wondering about the shade, "Adore" is it really dark?

I do not find them drying. And I like that they leave a stain on my lips. Nice for work, since sometimes I do not get a chance to reapply.

I have a few of these crayons, Adore being one of them. I switch them up depending on the colors in the clothes I'm wearing. I use a lip cream at night and whenever it dawns on me while at my desk, to keep my lips in good shape. I exfoliate my lips regularly, too. These stain balms go on smoothly and give nice color. Keeping your lip surface smooth will make them look better so nothing collects on any dead or peeling skin. Over time the slip/gloss will wear away, but the stain will remain. It's easy to either reapply or just use a clear or tinted gloss over the stain that's still there. The Honey is the only real pink I have from the bunch. Some of the pinks and purples in the color range are tempting, but I suspect they'd settle to a color that's too bright for me. Funny, magenta was my favorite color as a little kid...I don't think I'd look too good with it on my lips now!
