Did anyone see a Dr Oz show with a couple of Dr. promoting a new type of facelift that is better than the traditional one? I would like to know more about this.

Was it the Lifestyle Lift? I'm not a regular viewer, but know someone who was considering this one. She ended up choosing a tradional lift instead.

I would sure consider a Lifestyle Lift if I knew more about it and if ladies on these boards would discuss it, especially if they have had one. I learn a lot from everyone who participates in discussions here.

I have read some pretty bad things about the "Lifestyle Lifts". Do a seach on this board and you'll see info about it. I would certainly do a traditional over this "Lifestyle" one.

I have done a google search for lifestyle lift reviews. Many, many horrific stories that should make you run away as fast as you can from this procedure.

I did not see it but if it was something new & better it was not a Lifestyle Lift. They've been around for years & also get bad reviews.

Does Lifestyle lift use those little barbed threads? Everything I have heard about those is bad, bad, bad.

If Dr Oz rec's it, I'm running in the other direction as fast as I can.

No, the lifestyle lift is not the same as the thread lift. And there may be another name also.

No, it is not the Lifestyle lift. I have also read the horror stories of this type of lift.

In the beginning I loved loved loved Dr. Oz. Now I rarely watch. I do believe he walks in and the producers hand him the script. There are so many MIRACLE CURES FOR EVERYTHING these days and there would not be enough room to store them all. I am so disappointed in the turn the show has taken. And I will not mention names but he has featured a known QUACK too many times to count. I guess it is all about ratings and sponsors, the bottom line profit.

I don't put much stock in what Dr. Oz says. I think he stepped over the bounds of conflict of interest a long time ago.

ETA: No, I nothing about Lifestyle Lift, but IMO anything procedure sold over TV is risky. The pics they show look too good to be true to me.
