It's 7:15 pm and I have a package that says it is supposed to be delivered today but it is still not here. How late does UPS deliver?

Pretty late. Around the time of Sandy with all the bad weather, I got a package around 8:30 pm and he's usually here at 5:10.

I think as the season goes on, especially after cyber monday, you're going to see your packages coming in later and later.

They deliver where I live until around 7 PM. If it says it's out for delivery you will more then likely get it. Mine always comes between 2-3 PM unless the driver drops off my packages on his way back in town to the hub. Then it's around 7 PM. Just check your status again & make sure it does not say delivered. They are human & do make mistakes. Last edited on 11/26/2012

During the holiday season they deliver late, like until 8 or 9 around here.

My UPS man came today at 7pm. This is the latest he has been. And I wasn't the last delivery. He said he still had several more deliveries to make, so you may still get your package.

Later than 7 p.m. and with a flashlight when he/she crosses the street!

I remember a 10 PM delivery from UPS one Christmas. He said they work until the truck is empty.

They will deliver until their truck is empty, this time of year many more deliveries

Decided to change up my SN a bit, and maybe this is a bit clearer :)

I'll keep my fingers crossed that it will still come tonight. It is something I've really been looking forward to receiving. My dogs will let me know if it does come. They hate the ups guy.

I forgot about that Usedtobeeoxox, I remember last year I checked the door at 10.00 p.m. and there was nothing, then I checked it again at 11:30 p.m. and the package was there.

Just keep checking!

UPS holiday deliveries are different as to UPS's normal delivery hours.

I'm pretty sure if it's out for delivery you'll get it today.

I believe the latest I've received anything was 10PM, and he said he had at least another 2 hours to deliver. This was during Christmas.

According to their website it is 7:00 pm or later. I guess they keep going till the truck is empty. I got my latest package a couple of weeks ago that I waited all day on at 7:30 pm, but I think I have had later deliveries.

Right after Sandy I saw the UPS man stop at the house next door. It was almost 10pm that night. We've personally gotten packages as late as 8pm in the past...and our mail as late as 6pm.

Last night on the Nightly News (nbc) they did a story about working for UPS and t he extensive training they go through before even allowed out on the road - it is CRAZY!!!! I was blown away at what they go through - men & women alike.

They trained on every aspect of the company from start to finish to see what everyone does behind the scenes before our packages even are loadied onto their trucks big & small. I am totally amazed and certainly have a new respect for ALL they do!

We have no idea, all we see know is "where's my package". I j ust want to say a resounding THANK YOU to ALL UPS employees, drivers, packers - ALL!

Glad you received your package! They deliver until 9 PM during Christmas here. Pink dogwood, I've heard that it's very difficult to work for them. Yes, they work very, very hard and mine are always so nice, never seen one stressed. I even had one who would call me in the morning if he had a delivery that day. He knew my working hours and would ask me to leave the garage door unlocked and he'd put it in there instead of leaving it on the porch. He's retired now and I sure miss him.

I agree with a previous poster......they deliver until their truck is empty.
