What's the best eyelash curler that doesn't pinch when you use it...

I've tried Tarte's, Shiseido's, Shu Emura, ELF, etc.

And you are still looking? I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. I have used Shuemura and currently have Tarte. You could give Tweezerman a try.

Same here, I was using the Hot Lashes Curler for years. I re-ordered and received a curler that is now differently shaped and does not nearly work as well. It was my favorite. I have tried too many to mention and the one thing I find not a great thing with the lash curlers right now is the "black" strips. Finding your lashes aligned is nearly impossible for myself. So I am still with "Revlon" and the white strips. Until I find or re-order the "Hot Lashes" once again and see whether is has been improved or not. I usually don't use the heating unit so I don't need to buy it. Loved the original.

If you put the curler too close to the base of your lashes, regardless of brand, you'll pinch yourself. Just pull it out a smidge, and all is well.

They all pinch me too. My eyes are on the smaller size and close set, so a lady at a cosmetic counter said that is the reason they all pinch me.

Maybelline. Nothing else will curl my lashes like good old Maybelline. I have tried others but for me Maybelline is the absolute best.

i would say it's not the curler, it's the application. just don't put your curler so close to your eyelash base.

I have used the Sephora one and it has never pinched my lashes. My all time favorite is Shuemura but I can't seem to find it anymore.

I use MAC's full lash curler and it is great. I never have any pinching.

Essence of Beauty at CVS is a great curler. It's about $4 and I like it better than the Tarte curler I had. I've also used the Shu and didn't think it was anything special -- definitely not worth the high price tag. I agree with the other ladies -- if you get it too close to the lash line, I think any of them would pinch...

I have had the best luck with the Maybelline Eye Lash Curler.

ITA! It took me several attempts and finally realized I was getting too close.

Tarte's pinches like heck. *Ouch* I should have returned mine.

I have smallish eyes and have been using a Sally Hansen curler lately. It is the one that has white handles with a cord at the bottom to keep the spring closed when not in use. I've been pretty pleased with it, although I do occasionally get a pinch. That usually happens when I have a puffy lid morning.
