Andrew Lessman is on HSN with a Today Special. His daily vitamin, Essential 1. GREAT product and far surpasses many other daily vitamins.

Already got mine ordered. I wouldn't be without his Essential-1. I do like his products and really appreciate his business practices and environmental awareness.

Enjoying my retirement 1 cup of coffee at a time.

I'm on the fence about this one. I like to take my vitamins/supplements separately. Then I know if something I'm taking 'backfires' on me.

The price is really good so will stay tuned for thoughts, here.

LOVE his products, I take this (as well as a few others) faithfully.

I was taking the women's multi vitamin (5 caps). I don't think there's much of a difference so I ordered the TS today - I'd rather just take 1 cap.

Snowpuppy: Watch his presentation and wait for the comparison charts. His quantities far surpass all the others. He does not use fillers or sugars and even the most sensitive stomach will have no issue with these. You can always return them if you don't like them. Read the reviews on HSN and his website http://www.procapslabs.com/Products/details.aspx?Essential-1%u2122

Essential 1 is the best product of his I've tried yet. I was tired of taking 5-6 capsules a day, and the fish oil was terrible for me. This is so much better. Don't forget, he donates a bottle of prenatal vitamins to Vitamin Angels for every bottle sold.

My DH was just asking about multi vitamins and I had a $75.00 credit on HSN so just ordered them. I too just want to take one capsule a day which is what my DH would want too. I love AL's products.

KEEP LOOKIN' UP 'cuz that's where it all is!

I ordered these as I do want to try his multi and I am in the market for a new one. I am a little nervous of the b vitamins as they make me a little antsy but we will see how it goes.

I watched the presentation and if those are really his manufacturing processes, I am really impressed that he is that meticulous. Although, he does seem like a meticulous type of guy.

The ts price makes the large size slightly more expensive than other single pill multivitamins, although you get more of the good stuff. I watched his comparison and did some quick compares of my own. Figured out that the additional cost was justified. I take his eye product and women's wellness (both of which I really can tell a difference with!) and thought based on my comparison I would try this too. Hope I like it/can feel a positive difference.

I notice that when Andrew is on, many posters say his vitamins are "the best" and they appreciate the way they are manufactured but I'm curious what actual difference have you seen from taking this particular vitamin? Or is it just knowing you're doing something good for yourself? I'm wondering because I'm considering ordering. Thanks.

I'm newer to this but from what I understand, there are no fillers in his line. They use solar energy in their manufacturing so it is more ecofriendly. The products are all made in Nevada, in the desert.

I'm a firm believer in taking a multi-vitamin, and my Dr also recommends taking one. I have always had issues with metabolizing food properly to get all the necessary vitamins. I've tried many different multi-vits over the years. What I've found with ALs multi is that I never have a problem taking it - no burps, no passing it through without breaking it down (if you get my drift). I do feel better using the Essential-1 - not over-hyper (which I've experienced on those multi-packet vitamins), but energized.

there is only 150mg of calcium. For 50+ women recomendation is 1500mg.

Does anyone take more calcium Vit. along with the Essential-1 ?

What do you think about taking ts every other day, the other vits. amounts seem

high? Thanks

Yes, I take his calcium-magnesium intensive care along with the essential-1. The suggested serving is 2 capsules...I take one with the essential-1 in the am and then I take 1 calcium-mag in the evening approx 2 hrs before bed, it helps you sleep thru the night...Dr Oz mentioned this, this week. I have been doing this for some time and it works for me :) Don't worry about the high amounts on these, none are ones to worry about in high doses plus your body only absorbs what it needs and you pee the rest away. Which is another reason to spread your supplements through-out the day instead of taking them all at one time.

While I agree, this one tablet is GREAT {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} , this one tablet essential does not take the place of the nourishment you would get from his complete vitamin packs with 5/6 tablets....

I am kicking myself for not ordering this. All day I kept saying I needed to order and kept moving on to something else and before I new it, I was sleeping for the night!

I made the mistake of buying a multi-vitamin from GNC. This thing is absolutely ginormous, it stinks to high heaven, is a rock hard tablet and there were only 24 tablets in the bottle for $20.00. What the heck? Not even a month supply!

I definitely wasn't an educated consumer when I picked that up.

You can't buy love but you can adopt it. Adopt, don't shop.
