So, if I have Rosacea, and I'm not supposed to exfoliate, how will I ever get rid of my blackheads?

No matter how good my skin looks, underneath my MU I still have blackheads on my chin and on the side side of my nose. I can hide them pretty well, but they bug me. Anyone?
