Should I let my hair go au naturel? In other words - GRAY!? Will it AGE ME?

I'm letting my hair grow out right now without touchups to see the color.

It's 100% gray, but a lovely shades of silvery gray, not ugly iron gray.

There's a beautiful woman in March's O mag with silver hair, which has me tempted to not color for a while.

Do you think it ages a woman?
