Received by tsv yesterday. Was interested in the lash extension since mine are getting very thin. I almost dialed 911 after trying to apply it. Most of it went into my eyes and the rest went all over my face and was not easy to remove. I have never used anything so awful. It is now sitting in the trash.

Why didn't you return it instead of throwing it away? And did you use it with mascara?

Return it!

I have DreamLash ( found at Bed Bath and Beyond but I purchased on Ebay) and its basically the same. It's a lot of loose fibers and it has to be applied carefully and sparingly or its a disaster. The effects are DRAMATIC.

Poor but Gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this product and use it all the time. The key is to apply it as you are looking down not apply it like mascara. And then you use a soft brush to sweep the fibers off your face. I have used this since it was first introduced and after the first time or 2, I got it down and have never had a problem. Give it another try---look down into a mirror and apply then let it dry a minute , sweep on a light coat of mascara while still looking down and then apply the other coats of mascara.

Did you apply a coat of mascara first? The fibers have to have something to adhere to. After you apply that first coat of mascara, you use the fibers and then another coat of mascara to seal.

I used this a few years ago according to directions. However, throughout the day, the fibers would fall on my face. You should return it.HSN processes their returns very quickly.

Thanks for saying that about the first coat of mascara BEFORE the lash extension---I use this everyday and it's so automatic for me that I forgot about that first coat of mascara; it does need something to cling to.

vll, sorry like you had such a bad experience with the lash product..did you have to flush your eye out ?? Hope it's better now.

I use the divaderme brand when I use it, I tried RTW, but I like the longer length I get from the DD....I always prep the brush by pulling it back and forth in the bottle to get all the strays off of the wand before applying it. Less is more when using this, and I had to practice few times to get the hang of it. and the amount that I would need.

How is the rest of the kit ?

I love the RTW lash extension and yes you must look down when applying. Also you have to make sure is your mascara is not old and on the dry side. One coat mascara and then lash extension and then the last coat of mascara. Just use a brush lightly under your eye or face and the fibers brush right off since they are not wet. When applied properly there should be no fibers that get in your eyes and remember to use fresh mascara.

I'm also crazy about the color corrector and wrote a thread on the forum with a review
