Just wondering what the differences were?

I have read that jojoba oil is very similar in composition to the oils found naturally in the skin therefore absorbed very quickly. I have not found any that I would actually put on my face it would need to be certified organic and cosmetic grade. I use it on my body and it does absorb very very quickly.

I use Jojoba on my face....either alone or with moisturizer. It hasn't caused any problems, but it doesn't really make my skin look any better either....

Argan oil is much lighter than jojoba oil and absorbs very quickly into my skin.

From things I have read...it has been theorized that jojoba oil (which is actually a wax ester of the jojoba seed) is chemically so similar to the oils produced by our own skin that when applied it sort of 'tricks' the skin into thinking it has already produced enough oil and therefore using jojoba oil will help to balance out the oil production of your own skin. They have not yet been able to scientifically prove this theory, though...even though a whole lot of people use it and get good results.

I'm not particularly oily and I do use jojoba as part of my general moisturization routine. I haven't used Argan on my face, just because I like the results I have now. I like the Argan Oil a lot better for my nails and cuticles and really rough patches around my elbows.
