I think that is the one that came in a TSV with the bare skin foundation. I really like it. It does seem a bit heavier in coverage than loose mineral veil but I really like it. It has never looked caked on or anything like that. It just seems to have a bit of ""coverage"" . I think that's because there is a tiny bit of color to it. I think it actually comes in two shades. I bought the regular size for my DD in Light/Medium and she loves it! She uses Bare Skin foundation and feels these two products work well together. I plan on picking up the mini for her to keep in her handbag.
