I show my order now cancelled, anyone know anything? It was backorderd for over a month

Is this a surprise to anybody. I have had more auto deliveries cancelled this year than ever before and I've been getting the makeup sets on auto delivery for probably 8 years. I had never had any cancelled until this year. Now they always seem to have huge delays and then quite a few just cancelled. But q does have a policy on backordered items. I think it's 45? days and then they get cancelled.

pretty awful customer service, this bad was on auto delivery, the whole point of the purchase, shame on you BM and the Q

I think right now there is a lot of shame to go around for q. I just had the last part of a mally auto delivery cancelled on me too. There was never even a backorder. It was supposed to release on the 9th and then it was just cancelled.
