Ready eyeshadows

I am not really a Bare Minerals user, but I am intrigued by the eye shadows.

When I see the ones in the pots, I feel they are gorgeous. But, I am put off by the pots! I don't mind shimmer, but I don't want any shadow that flakes on to the face with sparkles.

So, I am wondering about the Ready eyeshadows. I am looking at an 8 piece one of neutrals at Sephora.

Are they as nice looking as the ones in the pots??
