I just don't get it

Virtually every thread ever posted about this line is negative, yet they sell hundreds of thousands of bags. I'm not the only one that likes this line. The one problem I had with an early bag was credited for return and everything since then has been just fine. That's both from QVC and one online seller, ebags, I think. Who actually likes his purses? I sure hope he's not done at the Q.
