Yasmin II Vivonic

First of all I want to say I love my Vivonic sandals. I have 2 pairs and love how comfortable they are. I am upset, however, with the Yasmin II. I have just worn them 2 weeks and the footbed is starting to tear around the little nubbies on the footbed. These sandals are not cheap, so they really should not do this. Has this happened to anyone else?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you ladies in advance.
