Inside Q

Featured in the February Inside Q is a newer vendor Emma & Sophia handbags. I really liked the look of the tote type bag and the color--- but after reading the details found it is 99.00 for a 55% leather and 45% poly vinyl body. My question is REALLY QVC ?

I can get a bag like that at a discount store for far less than 100.00. I used to feel that the Q offered nicer quality products than other shopping channels but now it seems like quality is out the window.
