How do you convert a non-adjustable cross body to a shoulder bag?

Besides tying a big ol' knot in it, I mean. I ordered the B Mak crossbody with the chain on the front. It was on waitlist so I didn't remember where I learned I could do this. I do know there is one reviewer that does it.

If you want it to be a shoulder bag permanently I would take it to a shoe repair shop, maybe they could help you.

The member above me has a good idea.. I would bring it to a shoe repair shop.. Better idea then trying to tie it in a knot.
