My hair doesn't feel "clean"...

I am a first time WEN user. My hair feels very soft, but not clean. Do I need to wash, rinse, and repeat? My hair falls flat as soon as it is dry, too. Does one type clean better than another? I am using the Lavender WEN. HELP!?

Hi Debkai, more information would be helpful. What type of hair do you have? How many pumps did you use? Did you rinse before you used the Wen and for how long? How long did you rinse after words? Did you massage it in? Add a splash of water? Watch the videos? How long is your hair?

Are you sure your hair really doesn't feel clean? Sometimes when you first start using Wen your hair may feel slimy to you, because if you are like me, you are not used to having your hair feel that smooth and soft and unfrizzy. It makes your brain go "ooh, my hair must be greasy and not clean." But it's really not.

I am new too. I've been using for 3 weeks now, and it's true when they say more is better. Stick with it. I was not a believer until the 2nd week, when I figured out I had to use a bit more than I was using, and rinse a loooong time. I don't think I was rinsing enough at first. Also, I started with the pomagranite, also tried the sweet almond mint and now the fig. The fig no matter what I do, makes my hair flat. I like the pomagranite and the sweet almond mint better.
