A little bit about many things (though sometimes I feel like I know a lot about nuthin'!). It seems to make for a well-rounded individual and a great partner for trivia games!

I've been cornered too many times at parties by people who think they know a lot about everything, and it's not a flattering trait!

I guess I would like to know a lot about one thing. You should know a little about everything if you have ever been in school. But having a trade in which you know a lot about ie engineering, carpentry, the law-- can make you money. Thats probably not what you are talking about. That's just my take. Great question to get my brain moving this a.m.

a little about many things and that's how i live my life as i start building up on the little things that caught my attention, so ultimately i will know a lot about that. i think it is very important to be knowledgeable in this big world, and this is the first start...

I enjoy knowing a bit about many things, but it's also nice to have a good grasp of at least ONE thing! LOL

a little about many things.

i have been around people that think they wrote the book on one subject! i don't care what is being talked about they somehow try to manage the conversation back around to how it relates to that one thing! {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} not very interesting at all!

she said: "that's alot of money to spend on a purse!" and i instantly knew we could not be friends.

A little about many things ... so long as it gives me a great perspective on life. Just let me pick most of the the topics. {#emotions_dlg.wub} I've always had a propensity for learning new things.

Maybe both, if possible - be an expert in one field for example and then continue learning at least a little about others.

I remember reading that to inspire creativity -even in an area in which you are very knowledgeable, read magazines on subjects entirely "irrelevant" to yours and then see if there is any way that information can be useful to your speciality. Intriguing.

We are so fortunate today to have access to so much information as well as a large variety of ways to access it.

I seem to have collected a LOT of useless and useful information. Guessing it's too late to focus on one thing{#emotions_dlg.glare}

I do know a little about a lot of things and it does me no good because I am not really good at one thing or really smart in one area. I feel kind of mediocre. {#emotions_dlg.crying}

a little about a lot of things, which I do. My Dad would always say"a little about a lot of things, and not much about anything.". "Too soon old, and too late smart." RIP.

Both and with the wisdom to know when to pretend that I don't know. Wink

A little about many things. That way, I at least know that there is an answer to a problem that has been explored and that more information is out there. I will know when it is appropriate to ask more questions and spend time seeking more complete information. If I am totally ignorant of a subject, it may be a time in like when I have to make a dicision about something that I am totally ignorant about and I will just accept without question what the first expert authority recommends and tells me really is my only choice in the matter.

I would like to know a little about lots of things. I think it makes you a more interesting person.

Knowing about just one thing would make you such a bore, I would think.

I would like to know a lot about one thing...everything there is to know...about life...{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Heck, no! It's never too late to become a skilled expert on one thing, especially if it's something that you're passionate about.

BTW, you do know a lot about just one thing: "collecting a lot of useless and useful information"!
