blacklisted from tv shopping

My brother's mother in law is in her 80s and spends her days in hospital bed in living room. She has purchased so much from tv shopping that her kids called the channels to have her blacklisted. She never opened the boxes, was starting to look like hoarders. Then they canceled her credit cards.
