An Informal Survey about Age Groups Here...

Started 1267302780 in Viewpoints | Last reply 1267485782 by 1Hoo
Yesterday there was a thread that was about Joy and Regis Philbin. It was mentioned that they were on The View, talking about their new CD. Some people, mostly "older" posters, thought they were an adorable couple and that they liked listening to such music, and the younger posters thought it was drek, and they'd rather boil in oil than listen to that old-far*t music.
I thought it would be interesting if we could post our age group, like you're in your twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, and above, and get an average of which age group posts the most.
I'm thinking the fifties is the most popular age group, but who knows? This is totally informal, as I'm sure many people either won't read it, and more won't reply.
But let's see anyway.....let's keep score.
I'm in my 60s ;-)

I'm much closer to 70 than 60. I don't even know who you're refering to as a "cute" couple, let alone know what type music is being talked about. And you know what? I don't care. But if other do, well let them just go ahead and do so!

fifties.
I am impressed with the longevity of the Philbins' marriage.
They sang the Burt Bachrach song "This guys in love with you." They have a new album out.
Didn't think the arrangement on air was good, so not just the kids:) But it is nice they are doing these things together, "

Edited to say, I went to college with the older Philbin daughter and saw her parents a lot. I was happy they were not my parents.
