Coupon popup- anyone else getting on in the upper right corner?

Today I'm getting a very annoying popup on the QVC site - whether here in the community and elsehwhere on their site. Says it has 67 coupons for this site and then the big part disappears and just 2 little tags remain. Suddenly it reoccurs, but it's not coming up when I go to different websites. If this is forever, I'm gone from here. Really intrusive although unlike with a virus, I can still use my computer.

Anyone know what's up?
