How does someone who is naturally pretty get so far away from that-and not realize it? Natural beauty lasts forever when taken care of.

That's what an older woman looks like with way too much face makeup on. She looks caked. She's had surgery apparently, and she is starting to get that "look" that older women in Hollywood have after plastic surgery. The worst is Joan Van Ark. She doesn't even look human anymore. They will never learn.

Everyone who reaches a certain age would like to regain a little youth, but there comes a point when aging gracefully might be a better option than continuous plastic surgery. I think more than one face lift and you begin to become freaky looking.

Suzanne Somers gets ‘stem-cell facelift’? February 24th, 2011, 12:53 pm · 5 Comments · posted by Colin Stewart

Puffy face of actress-author Suzanne Somers leads to speculation about “stem-cell facelift.”

FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH?

Actress-author Suzanne Somers, 64, has always marched to the beat of a different drummer, but she doesn’t talk about plastic surgery.

The former star of “Three’s Company” in the late 1970s, Somers advocates non-traditional, unproven hormone therapies and her own Somersize weight-loss program as methods for remaining young-looking.

She also promotes the Facemaster, “a non-surgical facelift machine” that costs about $230 on her website.

“It has literally kept my face from collapsing without surgery,” she says.

Although she has never acknowledged having cosmetic surgery, many plastic surgeons think she has had treatments such as Botox injections and perhaps even a surgical facelift.

She fueled further speculation recently when she appeared on a Canadian TV talk show with a wrinkle-free but puffy face that seemed to have been over-injected with filler of some type.

That led many celebrity watchers to conclude that she has undergone a “stem-cell facelift,” which celebrity websites have reported in the past that she was planning on getting.

In that increasingly popular procedure, a physician uses liposuction to remove fat from a patient’s lower body, processes it to increase the fat’s concentration of youthful stem cells, then injects it into the patient’s face.

See “Courtney Love’s ‘stem-cell facelift’ “ for more information about the procedure.

Somers has neither verified nor denied undergoing that treatment, but she has spoken in the recent past about the importance of stem cells.

{#emotions_dlg.scared} I hope that is just an abnormally poor photo.

If we're being honest here, I think we've all had a photo or two throughout the years that just about made us cry...whether from laughing so hard or because it just made you cry...lol.

Wowza.{#emotions_dlg.blink}

In Suzanne's case, I think it's a little more than a "poor" photo. LOL.

I'm not sure either. If it is her, she had the same surgeon as a few other celebrities. They all look alike.

Maybe she was still in recovery and swollen?

Hiya k dash! hope all is well with you, my friend!

It's a real photo I have seen others. I was shocked a few months ago when she was on Hannity and her face had strange lumps all over it.

I almost didn't recognize her.. has anyone seen Dolly P lately, her face looks puffy and different.. I honesty don't understand having cosmetic surgery when you are so attractive to begins with.. if anything I think Suzanne looks older.

Go VOLS.. Go Big Orange ...
I used to be her and now I'm the other me.

How sad that these women will never know what they would have looked like naturally as older women. A few lines and wrinkles would be preferable to looking like a circus clown! {#emotions_dlg.scared}
