Reasons a man hasn't proposed

MSN has a piece on why a guy may not have proposed - they were the usual obvious ones but they left out the most obvious - he doesn't love you like that - the love he wants forever. They mentioned things like not enough income - parents have a bad marriage - still wants to sleep around - afraid you will change - doesn't want to have to go through the wedding itself etc.It seems to me that if a guy is really in love that all this stuff falls by the wayside.
