Well I didn't. Mine is in Phoenix. It was shipped Dec 16 supposedly. I ran out Christmas Eve & got my GD another similar gift. I've already told my carrier not to leave it Monday. Did you get yours?
Life is like a snowstorm...you'll meet a lot of flakes.
Sorry to hear about that. I did get my delivery, late on Christmas Eve. I was sweating for a few hours. In my case, it was my DH's present, so it wouldn't have been as bad had it not shown up as it would be if it was a child.
Yes, I sent some tea to a friend in NJ that I ordered on Mon and it arrived on Thurs. Thanks Qvc for making someone happy!
I did not get my "Guaranteed by Christmas Day" Samsung Camcorder TSV, which was ordered and shipped on 12-20. I called this morning 12-26 (Sun) and was told by Customer Service that according to their information it was in Ontario, CA. I live in San Diego. I was very disappointed.
I ordered 2 Honora necklaces that had the "guaranteed" delivery before Christmas. One made it, the other has not yet arrived. They were both things I ordered for DD to give to me though, so at least I wasn't put out having to find someone else a last minute replacement or an "IOU", just myself.
You were born an original - don't die a copy.
i received everything but one item...... i printed out a picture of it and put it in a box to give as the gift. not quite the same, but it was all i could do. i was hoping to have it delivered by christmas eve, but nothing showed up.

Got one right on Christmas Eve in the mail, didn't get the other. Both shipped the same day.
Sorry to hear you did not rec'v your shipment. Yes, we rec'd our items. Got the Pandigital EReader on time. My mother ordered the Junior's Cheesecake & the side dishes and all came wed & thurs & all was perfect. Had them yesterday w/dinner & awesome!
I even ordered some silicone baking pans late (not real problem if didn't get b4 xmas) and they gave me shipment date of 12/28 and low & behold they showed up 2 days before xmas.
Also ordered Skybar Wine opener & it arrived 2 days after I ordered it. In many years with the Q, I have never had any problems getting my orders.
Both items that I ordered late arrived before Christmas. Neither was for a gift so I didn't care if they arrived on time. They arrived a few days before Christmas Eve.
When my DS's were small, I ordered some Walkie Talkie's (this was way before they were given cellphones) at the eleventh hour, & they failed to show up. Also had ordered an extra Ripka jewelry gift for my mom & it too didn't materialize on time.
I realized then that no matter how much the Q touted a "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" it was an absolute impossibility to get all these items to everyone, on time, as promised. And yes, I agree, they shouldn't make such claims.
I always shop fairly early & if I feel inclined to get more at the last minute, I just go out & brave the B & Mortar stores.

Yes. I ordered two items last weekend using the 'Holiday Delivery' option online. The 'Holiday Delivery' option was the same price as the regular delivery options. One item I also had gift wrapped.
Both items were shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. One arrived to an OH address on Tue 12/21 and the other to an AZ address on Fri 12/24.
Also, it was not only QVC who was making these guarantee ship offers. I had tons of offers from almost every retailier I do business with offering the same...many with even later 'last chance' order dates to get them delivered 'in time'.
Yes, they fulfilled their promise. I was impressed.

Yes, a day earlier than expected! It's going back, however
Nope. Ordered the Clarisonic TSV for DD on the 18th, saw no movement in the tracking thru the week, called CS and was reassured it would arrive on time, by Friday got a call for Q saying "delivery was delayed" and it would not arrive by 12/24.
Was offered a $10 credit on a future order, to be used in 48 hours, for the "inconvenience".
I ordered a throw on Wednesday night, paid for fast shipping, and it was here Friday afternoon.
Yes, I ordered two things on Sunday night and one of them was delivered on Wednesday and the other one was delivered on Friday. I did not pay extra for quick delivery.

I ordered some Honora earrings that did not arrive. They are still sitting in "Agent picked up". However, UPS claims it has never received it. I have to wait until Jan 3 to get the charge reversed, if it doesn't arrive by then. And a couple of weeks earlier, I ordered a set of pens for some youngsters on my list. They were sent USPS, but never arrived. I've since gotten credit for those.
I'm quite surprised, as this is the first time I've ever had items that never arrived. Oh well. Life goes on.
I ordered the Clarisonic Mia TSV and a Honora bracelet (both gifts), received neither. Plus, I ordered an Affinity necklace (thankfully, not a gift), it arrived on-time with a broken chain. OK...lesson learned!
Got mine on Chistmas Eve, but it wasn't a Q purchase. It was from the OTHER channel.
Because I grew up with this naive expectation of people doing right, I get shocked by every little violation.
Yes, 3 items arrived on Friday!! Probably because I live on the east coast.

Nope, my parents sent a gift for me last Saturday and it didn't arrive before Christmas. I guess I just feel like if they can't do what they said they would do then they probably shouldn't say "guarantee".

Yes, although I did have to pay an additional $3 for upgraded guaranteed delivery. Ordered a pink "Purse Perfect" for my daughter because she throws everything helter skelter in her bag. She was thrilled with the item ("mom, that was a great idea"), and I was glad I was able to have it for Christmas Eve. Paula
No, I was very dissappointed. I listen all day of the 20th and they said we've been doing this for 25 years, you can count on us to deliver by Christmas. I order things from Shopnbc on the 21st and they came in time. So what was QVC's guarantee? I call today and they gave me 10% credit, not much of a guarantee, I was assure it would come so I didn't have a gift for my daughter.
Not a happy QVC customer!!!!!!!
We got everything, even two packages ordered on the 22nd.
