I love having a hearty breakfast when fall is in the air...don't forget the pumpkin spice coffee.

What do you all like to eat for breakfast when the weather gets colder?

Hot Quaker oats, made with half water-half no sugar added apple juice, with some diced apples, cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg & some finely-chopped walnuts. Yum!

I'll have a bowl of hot old fashioned oatmeat - the kind that takes 5 min. to cook on the stove - with cinnamon sprinkled on top and skim milk and a cup of hot coffee! YUM!Smile I eat this almost every day.

Don't give up five minutes before the miracle. . . . .

My dh and I always order what the OP has minus the pancakes. We split it though! Too much to eat and waaayyyyy too many calories to eat that big of breakfast a piece! Oh add grilled onions in the hash browns please! Smile

All you lucky people who can eat that kind of breakfast..........I AM JEALOUS!{#emotions_dlg.mad}

I rarely eat anything but a wedge of cheese or yogurt with splenda. Big splurge may be egg beaters. In the next life I am coming back with the ability to eat pancakes and syrup.{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Another oatmeal eater here. I like mine plain with a little sweetener....boring.

Dh loves his oatmeal this way; oatmeal, flax meal, raisins, walnuts and banana's sprinkled with cinnamon. Everyday!

I tried being patient but it took too long.

I'm hungry for breakfast now!!

I seldom make "breakfast" for myself. I'll have some of last night's dinner, or leftover pizza, or nothing (but coffee) until later.

I have two favorite breakfasts:

- omelette with cheese, bacon, green onions, celery, mushrooms and tomatoes. Side of hash browns.

- Eggs Benedict, also with a side of hash browns.

I have the eggs benedict about once a year and the omelette two or three times a year. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I also like scrambled eggs with salsa.

I'll have one or two eggs, over easy, with rye toast and coffee. Sometimes add a small portion of home fries with onions. I am not a big breakfast eater, but always have breakfast.

DH will have chipped beef on toast with a side of home fries with onions and coffee. I think he could eat that every morning; he loves it. Any restaurant that does not serve chipped beef isn't "worth its weight in salt."

Ooooo...that sounds good! I'll have to try it sometime. Once in awhile, I'll have an 'everything omlette' for dinner; very tasty and filling{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

My mom just recently turned me on to it. Now I can't eat scrambled eggs without salsa!

I admit, I purchased some Eggos this week, as Florida cooled from torrid to semi-torrid....
