QVC always offers complete sets of cookware. I DON'T NEED a complete set of cookware, especially Stock Pots. Also, offered are single and sets of 'frying pans'. I don't need more 'frying pans'. I DO NEED pots in 1 quart, 1/12 quart, 2 quart and maybe 3 quart sizes!!! Please, Please, Please!!!!!!!!!!

I need three and four quart. There are only two of us, but I hate little pans. Its pretty much guaranteed if I boil two potatoes in a small pan, it will boil over. I'm not one to stand by the stove.

Yes, they never seem to sell these separately. They sell frypans and everyday pans separately, but never any pots. I've been looking for a 3 qt pot for a long time.

ITA! I've been looking for 3 and 4 qt stainless steel pots for years now! Q used to sell tons of "open stock" but not any more.

I agree... I would like to see more pieces a la carte. I would love to have some pieces of Technique that have stainless interiors such as stockpots with the lock & drain lid. What really sticks to a stockpot? I like to cook @ higher temps and the nonstick just does not last. Perhaps Meredith can come up w/ separate pieces of stainless or a mixed set that some pieces are nonstick (fry pans, grill pans) and some are stainless (stockpots, 1qt, 2 qt pans) -- I have an old Rocco DiSpiritoWink set that needs replacing as the silicone handles have come off{#emotions_dlg.sad}. I'm a big fan of the lock & drain lids.

Good suggestion. I avoid those cookware sets because many of the saucepans are too small. My DIL also likes individual pieces and she suggested looking in TJ Maxx or Marshall's as they sell good quality saucepans and frying pans individually.
