I have to say, my last two returns have been processed unbelieveably fast - I mailed on a Tuesday and by Saturday (when I checked) they had already processed them. On the other hand I sent back 3 pieces of jewelry (which probably cost around $21.00 to ship them to me) cost me $3.37 to send them back (with a confirmation!)....
QVC's return policy/procedure is the pits. They need to take a lesson from LL Bean, Lands End, and Amazon. Those companies are really on the ball when it pertains to returns/refunds. I have cut back considerably shopping from QVC because of some of their policies.
They generally take forever to do a return, I have noticed it takes about a week after it shows my item is actually there and if you use their labels it seems to sit at the PO a long time before it is even picked up. HSN is much faster with returns, I have returned things on a Monday and the return is always done by Wednesday.

I don't return much, but when I do I always get a prompt refund. I have no complaints about returns.

Lately, in the last six months, I have returned a lot and it takes forever as another PO said.
I don't return alot but the last 2 out of 3 items I just purchased were returned due to defective merchandise. It took QVC 10 days after receiving the items to credit my debit card. Absolutely frustrating. I'm buying more in discount stores because I can see and touch the items before I decide to purchase, and don't have to pay shipping.
