Problems with QVC website?

I've been having the same "can't see the colors" problem that everyone else seems to have. But I'm also just having trouble seeing the items from recent shows. This morning I clicked on the "Discover Diamonique" show to see what had been on, and the website brought up the recently aired items. It did this several times. I never did get to the show I wanted to see. The same thing happened yesterday--the QVC website would not bring up any of the previous shows. If work is being done on the site that is preventing it from working properly, QVC should let viewers know. Not being able to see the different colors of an item is a very big deal to me. And not being able to shop on line by navigating to recent shows is also extremely inconvenient.

It's very annoying.

I won't buy anything unless I see all the colors.

I agree and I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix it!

You would think a big company like the Q would have the resources (particularly since it's an ONLINE shopping venue) to correct this problem!!

On another thread, a poster said if you click on the color and then hit the enlarge box, your color choice will come up.

But they still needs to fix it. You should be able to see any color when you run your cursor over it.

However they do need to fix this problem and it really should not be taking weeks to fix!
