I order from QVC all the time and have had no problems with purchases or returns. I regularly refer to my order history for items ordered in the past. I went to the history today to check on the specs of an old order (2007) and was surprised to find that almost my entire order history for 2007 is missing!
Before you all start nodding and get ready to respond that the order histories go back but so far...my 2006 orders were there!
I called customer service and they were able to give me the information I needed from the 2007 order. When I asked about my missing orders, I was told that QVC occasionally purges old orders, usually when the warranty is expired. I quickly pointed out that a number of those orders had "lifetime" warranty coverage (Diamonique). The representative was then baffled about the missing orders. She promised to send information to the corporate office to inquire further about my missing history.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, please share your experience.
