purrmom2987 PostsJoined 5/27/2010Mid-MO Recently my Target had Home Run Inn Pizza & I tried it for the first time. So good. Today I went back & they didn't have them anymore. It's not a super Target so it was probably a one-time purchase. I looked at Home Runn Inn site on line & they are really expensive. I mean really expensive. Have any of you ever seen them at Aldi's or Wal Mart? Thanks.

I used to live in Chicago - and they are just like home. purrmom1275511403.3972987 PostsRegistered 5/27/2010Mid-MO I used to live in Chicago too. I am in MO & we don't have that store here, but thanks for your reply. Around here, people think Pizza Hut is real pizza. mellowcup1275511409.073256 PostsRegistered 10/6/2004 I love "Home Run Inn Pizza", I did buy them at Harris Teeter here in Virginia. Harris Teeter closed here recently. So I now go to North Carolina to buy them at the HT. I especially love the crust. My favorite is the 4 cheese, then I add a little onion and olive oil on top. I haven't seen them here at Target. They also have the small ones, which is good for one person. cabbi1275512519.357342 PostsRegistered 10/6/2004 They are all over here, but WI is so close to Chicago. That is a very good frozen pizza. The little single serving pizzas fit in my rather old toaster oven. Now there are several HRI restaurants in the suburbs and they have the frozen line. Home Run Pizza is what Chicago is all about!!!! HRI pizza is in all the Chicagoland stores and are in Aldi's, so I would check out your Aldi's. Robin ....

Terri I love them! I almost brought one home tonight from the Bolingbrook restaurant. I remember my Dad bringing pizza home from the original restaurant, he had to put it in the trunk to make it to our suburban home (or he'd eat most of it). Luckily I'm near 2 suburban restaurants and it's frozen in most local stores (Walmart, Jewel). purrmom1275592237.1532987 PostsRegistered 5/27/2010Mid-MO Thanks everyone for your replies. Love small town living but miss Chicago pizza (and Italian Beef.) deb55551275670121.47951 PostsRegistered 3/20/2007 There my favorite pizza's too, I buy them at Sams club-2 for $10.00.
